The inspiration to create Alessi Skincare was Dr. Alessis inability to, in good faith, recommend a quality over-the-counter compound to his many surgery patients. He also became frustrated with traditional skin creams in that they typically remain heavily marketed with no research or proven efficacy. "I found that I couldnt, in good conscience, recommend any of the over-the-counter products in existence to my patients so I developed a product that I could stand by, that the research stands by," said Dr. Alessi.
